1.1 Scotty's Dog Goods strives for complete satisfaction of our customers regarding their purchases from our dog goods webshop. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy to assist you.

2.1 You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

2.2 Returned products must be in unused and undamaged condition, and must be returned in their original packaging.

2.3 Products that have been used, damaged, or not returned in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Cost of returns

4.1 The cost of returning products shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 In case of defective or wrongly delivered products, the return costs will be covered by Scotty's Dog Goods.

5. Refund

5.1 After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method. the original shipping costs will be refunded only in case of faulty or wrongly delivered products.

5.2 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

6. Exceptions
